To secure your place on a
Yukon wilderness adventure with Cedar and Canvas Adventures requires completing a
Guide/Client Agreement form and forwarding it to us with a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 CND, paid either by bank draft drawn on a Canadian or U.S. bank or by cheque.
The balance of the trip cost is due on or before 60 days before commencement date of trip. Confirmation of your booking will then be forwarded by Cedar and Canvas Adventures to you in writing.
In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the commencement of the trip, 50% of the final payment will be non-refundable, but may be applicable to a future replacement trip less any costs incurred by Cedar and Canvas Adventures as a result of the cancellation.
Pre-arranged groups of four or more are
eligible for a 10% discount. Cedar and Canvas Adventures carries liability insurance. However, we recommend participants acquire medical insurance and insurance to cover any possible evacuation and/or property loss.
Cedar and Canvas Adventures provides almost all of the necessities including, but not limited to food, tents, sleeping pads, canoes, paddles, dry bags and PFDs. You are required to supply your own sleeping bag and personal effects. For
